Are you passionate about youth development, creativity, and making a difference in your community? Future Innovators Academy is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Facilitator to help lead our STEAM-based programs at local apartment complexes and community sites.

?? Position: Program Facilitator
?? Pay: $20/hour
? Hours: 12 hours per week guaranteed + additional paid hours for events
?? Location: Hobbs, NM (local travel to program sites required)

Job Description:
Facilitators lead hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM), support students in personal development, and create an engaging, safe, and supportive environment for youth ages 5–17. Duties include:

• Delivering pre-planned STEAM lessons and projects

• Setting up and cleaning up program spaces

• Tracking attendance and basic program outcomes

• Supporting occasional field trips and community events

?? Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys working with youth and has strong communication skills

• Can commit to consistent weekly hours and occasional weekends

• Has reliable transportation and basic computer skills

• Experience in education, youth programs, or related fields is a plus!
