30%-- Customer Service. Provide fast, friendly assistance. Meet the banks customer service standards in key areas of: telephone etiquette, personal courtesy, speed of service respond to all customers and co-workers, product knowledge, professional appearance, and accuracy of problem resolution.
40%--Cash Balancing. ATM/Settlement Balancing. Cash Balancing. Balance cash daily for the bank and report any teller over limits to appropriate supervisor. Maintain cash balancing sheets on all locations and report any differences to supervisors. Check all reports and balance and settle ATM settlement accounts adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor ATM deposit automation for accurate processing.
15%--Balance non-post items and reconcile General Ledger, CDs and IRAs. Locate daily non-posts and make correcting entries for same applications. Work with Personal Banking Representatives to minimize errors and assure general ledger entries are correct. Transmit payments to the IRS in an accurate and timely manner.
5%-- Process reclamations and reconcile bank-controlled accounts and all assigned general ledger accounts. Verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers to assure accuracy of accounts debited or credited.
5%--Process incoming and outgoing collections daily.
5%--Backup department in all areas when needed.
