Digital Banker I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
 
50% - Digital banking support/Customer Service
 
Assist with all commercial digital products to support business customers alongside digital banking officer.
 
Provide quality customer service to include professional etiquette, attitude, and appearance inside the bank and when assisting bank customers.
 
Assist in processing commercial digital banking requests and applications, ensuring proper procedures are followed to minimize losses to the Bank and its customers, while maintaining our high-quality service standards.
 
Assists bank staff with troubleshooting business customer issues with digital solutions by participating in calls/meetings for new digital products.
 
Process support cases for any commercial digital issues and provide feedback to Digital Banking Officer and assist in resolutions.
 
 
35% Training/Education
 
Work with all departments to maintain customer education efforts, and improve customer experience with new products, including but not limited to training documentation and/or workflow input.
 
Work closely with customers and bank staff to ensure the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services are being effectively communicated
 
                        Assist in coordinating/perform staff training on new programs or updates. 
 
 
                        15% - Teamwork/Other Assigned Duties
 
Assist the Central Operations/ITM Department as needed to provide sufficient department coverage as needed.
